Referral program terms

1. Who can refer

Anyone with a Perfect login can take part. You don't need to be on a paid plan. Each user gets one personal referral link, under Refer a friend in the profile menu, and can use it for as many companies as they like.

2. Which referrals count

A referral counts when a company books a demo through your link, or when you introduce them to our team by email, and that company is new to Perfect. New means all of the following:

• It isn't a current Perfect customer.
• It hasn't had a demo booked or a deal open with our sales team in the 6 months before your referral.
• It isn't your own company.

If more than one person refers the same company, the first referral counts. Each referred company earns one set of rewards. We check eligibility automatically, and our team may review and correct the result.

3. Rewards

Before you share your link, you choose one of two rewards:

You can change your choice at any time. A change applies to friends who come in after it; earlier referrals keep the reward that was chosen when they came in. Accounts on plans without a position limit, such as credit-based or pay-as-you-go plans, earn gift cards.

A demo qualifies when our sales team decides, after the meeting, that it was a genuine evaluation of Perfect by a company that could use it. That decision is ours. A first payment that clears also counts as a qualified demo.

4. Gift cards

• Gift cards are sent automatically by email to your Perfect login address, through our rewards partner Tremendous. You choose an Amazon gift card, a virtual Visa card or a donation to charity. There are no cash payouts.
• We may hold a payout briefly to check unusual activity.
• You're responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive. We or Tremendous may ask for tax information, such as a W-9, before sending larger amounts.

5. Free positions

• A free position adds one open position to your account's limit. It's separate from your plan, so plan changes and renewals don't affect it.
• If the referred company stops paying (its subscription is cancelled or unpaid), we'll tell you 7 days before the free position ends. If they pay again within those 7 days, it continues. Once a free position has ended, it doesn't come back.
• If your account then has more open positions than its limit, the newest open position is locked. Its work is kept and its outreach pauses until a slot frees up or you add one.
• If, when a reward is due, your account no longer has a position limit or you no longer have a Perfect login there, you get that milestone's gift card instead, sent to your last known email.

6. Fair play

Share your link with people who might genuinely want to see Perfect. Don't spam, create fake companies or refer yourself. We may withhold rewards or remove someone from the program if we see abuse.

7. Changes to the program

We may change or end the program at any time by updating this page. Rewards you've already earned under the terms at the time stay yours. These terms add to Perfect's Terms of Service.
