A position is created when you initiate a search for a new role you’re hiring for. In other words, the moment you open a role and start sourcing candidates, that role counts as a position.

What happens if I don’t use all my positions?

Unused positions stay available throughout your billing cycle. You can open and close positions anytime. When you fill a role, simply close it and open a new one. This gives you full flexibility to shift your sourcing focus as your hiring needs change.

Can I add recruiters mid-contract?

Yes! You can add recruiters at any time. New seats are prorated for the remainder of your contract term. Removing seats takes effect at your next renewal.

What's included in dedicated onboarding?

All plans include a dedicated onboarding specialist who helps configure your ATS integration, set up your first roles, train your team, and ensure you're seeing results within the first 30 days.

Is there a minimum contract term?

All plans require an annual commitment. This ensures you have enough time to fully onboard, see results, and measure ROl. We don't offer month-to-month plans.
